There is no Cancellation of placed orders. Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases.

There is NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE – except for Transit Damage or Incorrect Product.
Please note that most of our products are made out of natural stones & the size of the stones and pearls might vary from batch to batch (usually less than 20%). Such variations are very normal and will not be eligible for refund or returns.
Incorrect Product – Applicable only for the wrong product that has been shipped.
Transit Damage – Applicable only if the unopen parcel is damaged, we require a picture of the damaged unopen parcel to process further.
In case of transit damage or Incorrect Product received, customers are requested to write an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of the parcel received, with an image of the item received along with order details.
All pictures are taken under natural lighting. However, color variations are normal, due to various external sources
Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage
There are very rare chances that during transition beads or stones may have fallen. Such things that can be easily fixed with glue will not be exchanged or refunded.
Customers are requested to read the description before purchase.
Customers are requested to return the damaged / incorrect product to our address. Upon receiving the damaged product/incorrect product, we will replace or refund the order value. The replacement will be provided based on the availability of the product
The refund process takes 2-6 working days after receiving the good in perfect condition. The refund amount will be processed through the same mode of payment made.
