We accept returns if the order is returned within 2 days (48 Hours) from the date of delivery.

What is the return period?

We accept returns within 2 days (48 Hours) of the date you received the package.

However, a coupon code is given instead of a refund. Considering the return handling costs & operational cost involved, ₹200 or 10% of the product value (whichever is higher) will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. 

The coupon code(unlimited validity) can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.

How do I process my return?

If you want to return an item please mail us at ONLY.

Our return management executives will arrange for return pickup.

Please Note – If your pin code doesn’t facilitate return pickup option by our logistics partner, you can ship back the product to us. We will reimburse the shipping cost against the coupon code (max of 70 Rs).

Will I get a refund?

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase anything the next time.

Do I pay for the shipping of my returns?

No, We will take care of the shipping cost.

The deduction of Rs 200 or 10% of the product value (whichever is higher) is including the return shipping cost.

When will I receive the Coupon Code?

The coupon code will be shared to your email as soon as we receive the goods.

What is the return policy for transit damages?

Incase of transit damages (reported within 48 hours of order reception), we will get the product replaced free of cost or issue a full refund coupon voucher that can be utilised for an alternate purchase.
